A little about me …
I like people, and I like to help them out. My husband always tells me that where ever I go, people, even strangers, are drawn to strike up a conversation with me. I believe that you will find that these traits set me apart from most other realtors. I am less interested in just getting listings, I am most interested in ensuring that my clients have pleasant experiences selling or buying homes.
I have been in the real estate business since 2010 and my focus has been Oakville, Mississauga, and Burlington although I have also had several real estate transactions in Toronto, Milton, and Simcoe. As a realtor, I believe while it is important to know markets in specific communities well, it is equally important to understand the market trends in nearby markets. Why? To ensure that properties are not underpriced. In real estate “hot” markets travel from community to community and it is critical that a realtor watches and predicts these trends.
Before real estate, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry in various roles for about 20 years organizing and managing large events and contracts requiring project management skills and a focus on detail. I have a marketing background which gives me a strong appreciation for the value of proper positioning of your home. Also a Certified Staging Consultant (CCSP), I have the special ability to prepare your home for sale. These experiences have given me a unique mix of skills that undoubtedly benefit my clients.
